Located in the historic Aguila Depot, Hartley's General Store features a variety of food and beverage items like hand-dipped ice cream, Icee drinks, soda and hot dogs. Hartley's General Store was designed as an old-time general store complete with souvenirs such as Thomas & Friends and Chuggington. The store was made possible by a donation from Hartley and Ruth Barker, with matching funds provided by the Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society.

The Snackstop is a favorite for many park visitors. It operates out of a Southern Pacific Railroad Caboose. Remodeled with funds provided by the Scottsdale Railroad and Mechanical Society, the Snackstop offers hamburgers, hot dogs, yogurt, beverages and many other items. Refreshments can be enjoyed on an attractive, covered patio overlooking one of the two playgrounds at the park.
