“All aboard!” The Newest Party Venue

Six-year-old Alex Burt of Phoenix and 15 of his friends were the first kids to celebrate a birthday in the new McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park Birthday Train. The party venue is a refurbished dining car outfitted with a long table at one end for the partiers and eight colorful booths at the other for supervising parents.

Alex’s parents, Heidi and Brian, brought the cake. Park employees provided punch, ice cream and paper goods and organized games outside on the grass. Cost is $77 plus $6 per child the day of the party. 480-312-2312 or therailroadpark.com.
